At first, there was a small issue with the kids meal as the Free Little Chick Surprise were told to be out of stock despite showing as available in the menu. However, the way they handled the situation was truly impressive as it was quick, efficient, and very professional. They immediately took action and delivered to my house the complimentary kids meal together with the free Little Chick Surprise that were supposed to be given out, which really made me feel valued as a customer. It’s rare to find such responsive and caring service. Thank you TCRS Setapak. I’m genuinely very satisfied and will definitely come back again."
